We are looking for a VP, Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic client accounts while driving the maturity of engineering management practices across the organization. This is a hybrid leadership role: part portfolio owner, part organizational architect. You will be accountable for delivery excellence across multiple accounts/teams and for building the standards, playbooks, and talent pipeline that make engineering management a scalable, repeatable discipline.
