Coach & Empower Teams Act as a hands-on coach and trainer, helping leaders and associates drive process improvements using VES methodologies, Optimize Performance Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, remove roadblocks, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in commercial growth, Champion Problem-Solving Guide teams in leveraging VES tools (Kaizen, PSP, Daily Management) to deliver measurable business impact, Drive Innovation Partner with the Global Marketing & Commercial Enablement team to drive best-in-class sales and marketing practices, Gemba Leadership Work on the frontlines, ensuring successful adoption of VES practices and leading Kaizen workshops that result in sustained improvements , The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
