Role Overview

Looking for a Veeva Vault Consultant/Developer with strong experience in configuration, validation, and compliance within regulated (GxP/FDA) environments. The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Veeva Vault modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Veeva Vault (objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles, permissions)

Work on modules like QualityDocs, PromoMats, and CRM

Perform impact analysis, change management, and deployment activities

Handle data migration and data loading using Veeva tools

Support UAT, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and documentation

Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5 standards

Create and maintain configuration documents, SOPs, and user guides

Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues

Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering

Participate in regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness

Required Skills





Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platform configuration

Strong understanding of validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Knowledge of GxP, FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11

Experience with data integrity, audit trails, and compliance

Familiarity with SDLC (Agile/Waterfall/V-model)

Exposure to Veeva APIs and integrations

Robust documentation and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with Veeva Data Loader

Exposure to risk assessment, CAPA, and change control

Veeva Vault certifications (White Belt / Admin / Platform)

Experience

3 6 years in Veeva Vault / Life Sciences domain

Industry

Pharma / Life Sciences (preferred)
