Designation: UT Technician
Location: Coimbatore ( Kadathur pirivu)

Job Responsibilities
1. Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on welded joints, plates, structural components, and heavy fabrication products to identify internal defects.
2. Interpret UT test results to detect weld discontinuities such as cracks, lack of fusion, porosity, and other internal flaws.
3. Conduct inspections as per approved NDT procedures, applicable codes, and customer quality requirements.
4. Prepare UT inspection reports, maintain testing records, and ensure proper documentation of inspection results.
5. Coordinate with the Quality, Welding, and Production teams to identify defects, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Preferred Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with hands-on UT experience in fabrication or heavy fabrication industries.
