Design Brewery is seeking a technically proficient UI Designer specializing in high-fidelity interface design, design systems engineering, component-driven design, and responsive interface architecture. The candidate will be responsible for translating product specifications and UX artifacts into scalable, pixel-accurate, and developer-ready UI deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready interface specifications using Figma.
- Build scalable design systems incorporating design tokens, component libraries, semantic color variables, typography scales, spacing tokens, and layout grids.
- Implement component-driven design workflows using Auto Layout, nested components, component properties, variants, and reusable patterns.
- Design responsive interfaces using breakpoint-specific layouts, fluid spacing, adaptive components, and constraint-based positioning.
- Define comprehensive component states, including hover, focus, active, disabled, loading, validation, empty, and error states.
- Create detailed interface specifications for complex product modules, including data tables, filtering systems, navigation hierarchies, dashboards, forms, modals, and multi-step workflows.
- Maintain visual consistency through standardized spacing systems, baseline alignment, typography hierarchies, iconography, and design tokens.
- Apply WCAG accessibility principles, including color contrast compliance, readable typography, focus visibility, and accessible interaction patterns.




- Prepare developer handoff documentation covering component dimensions, spacing values, asset specifications, responsive behavior, and interaction states.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and minimize design-to-development discrepancies.
- Conduct UI audits, visual regression reviews, and implementation QA to identify inconsistencies between approved designs and deployed interfaces.
- Optimize design files through structured naming conventions, component organization, reusable libraries, and version management.

Technical Skills & Competencies
- Design Tools: Advanced Figma, Auto Layout, interactive prototyping, component properties, variants, and shared libraries.
- Design System Architecture: Design tokens, semantic variables, component taxonomies, reusable patterns, and scalable UI libraries.
- Visual Interface Engineering: Typography systems, grid architecture, spatial rhythm, visual hierarchy, alignment, and compositional balance.
- Responsive Interface Design: Mobile-first layouts, breakpoint mapping, fluid sizing, adaptive components, and constraint-based layouts.
- Component-State Modeling: Interactive states, validation patterns, feedback mechanisms, and component behavior specifications.
- Developer Handoff: Design annotations, asset optimization,



SVG exports, implementation specifications, and Figma Dev Mode.
- Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid, media queries, and responsive rendering behavior.
- Accessibility Standards: WCAG guidelines, contrast ratios, keyboard focus visibility, and accessible interaction design.
- Interface Quality Assurance: Pixel-level comparison, spacing audits, typography verification, cross-device consistency, and visual defect identification.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing complex SaaS interfaces, enterprise dashboards, CRM/ERP platforms, and data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and established component libraries.
- Understanding of frontend component architecture and the relationship between design specifications and React-based UI implementation.
- Experience maintaining design system documentation and managing iterative design changes.
- Ability to work with structured product requirements and deliver implementation-ready UI assets independently.
