Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, general ledger entries, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing, billing, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and business transactions.
- Handle payroll accounting and related reconciliations, where applicable.
- Assist with US sales tax compliance, 1099 reporting, and other applicable tax-related documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.




- Coordinate with external CPAs, tax consultants, auditors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable US accounting regulations and internal financial policies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience

- US accounting.: 3 years (Preferred)
- US GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks : 3 years (Preferred)
- US taxation: 2 years (Preferred)
- sales tax: 3 years (Preferred)
- 1099 compliance: 2 years (Preferred)
