US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: 6 months+ to 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are hiring US IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing, screening. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze US/Canada IT job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess profiles against requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular candidate and client follow-ups.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Manage multiple positions while meeting submission and hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Work with Account Managers and recruitment teams to meet client requirements.

Requirements
- 15 years of experience in US or Canada IT recruitment/staffing..
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases.




- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions..
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent..
