About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a stable career profile with a reputed staffing/consulting organization and strong hands-on experience in US recruitment.

You should have experience working on full time/permanent and contractual positions , including W2 hiring , and be comfortable handling requirements across IT, Non-IT, and techno-functional roles .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
- Source, screen, qualify, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Work on both permanent/direct-hire and contractual/W2 positions .
- Handle IT, Non-IT, and techno-functional requirements across different skill areas.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining processes.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Work closely with hiring and delivery teams to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.




- Meet individual recruitment targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on US staffing/recruitment experience .
- Strong experience with W2 hiring and contractual recruitment.
- Experience handling full-time/permanent positions as well as contract requirements.
- Exposure to IT, Non-IT, and techno-functional hiring .
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, including submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Experience working with a reputed staffing/consulting company .
- A stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
