Company Description Quantum Buildinfra LLP is the dedicated offshore team supporting Altum LLP, a leading US and Puerto Rico CPA firm. The firm focuses on preparing tax returns for US high‑net‑worth individuals.

Role Description US Tax Trainees will support senior tax professionals in preparing and reviewing US federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include gathering and organizing financial data, working with tax software to input and reconcile information, and helping ensure compliance with relevant US tax laws and regulations. Trainees will contribute to basic tax planning analyses, prepare workpapers and documentation, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines during busy seasons.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Noida, with structured training and mentorship to develop strong US tax technical skills.





- Qualifications
- CPA qualificaion shall be a major advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with tax or accounting software; willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; pursuing or holding skilled qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in building a career in US taxation and readiness to work in a structured, process‑driven environment.
