Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US recruitment activities.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.

- Work closely with client hiring managers and recruitment teams.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring documentation.

- Ensure timely closures and achieve recruitment targets.

- Work in an RPO environment at the client location.

Preferred candidate profile

- 38 years of experience in US Recruitment.

- Robust understanding of the US recruitment process.

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in an RPO/client-facing recruitment environment will be preferred.

- Comfortable working in US shifts.

- Willing to work from the client office in Taramani, Chennai.
