- Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On boarding.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Utilise various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
- Establish and maintain explicit and timely communication with candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
