Job Summary

We are looking for a US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Ceipal and other portals
- Manage end-to-end US IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Ceipal ATS
- Work closely with Account Managers and BDMs to fulfil client requirements

Key Skills





- 2-5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment
- Robust understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed & Ceipal
- Knowledge of US visa statuses and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
