Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier IT talent for our US State and Federal clients. Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Understand clients core IT staffing requirements and deliver qualified consultants within strict timelines.
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates using internal databases, major job portals (Ceipal,Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), job postings, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Technical Evaluation: Assess candidates' technical suitability, communication skills, and eligibility for state/federal roles.
- Candidate Coordination: Manage the entire submission process, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide candidates through offer closure and joining formalities.
- Resume Formatting:



Edit and format resumes to meet client standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and an accurate presentation of technical expertise.
- Relationship Management: Keep candidates engaged and informed at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 14 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Client Domain: Prior experience recruiting for US State or Federal clients is highly preferred.
- Technical Domain: Strong understanding of core IT roles including Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics,etc.
- Sourcing Excellence: Advanced sourcing and boolean search skills across various US job boards and social media platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with US citizens and green card holders.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working consistently in US Shifts (Night Shift).
