Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD s/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.

Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

Strong understanding of technical requirement.

Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates assessment Skills.

Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
