Spino Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships.

Requirements

- Degree High School Graduate, Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration, IT, Sales, or related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work onsite, 5 days a week in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
