Job Summary :

ClickSoft Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as U.S. Accounts Executives . This role offers an opportunity to learn U.S. accounting processes, payroll coordination, invoicing, and financial documentation while working with an experienced team.

Candidates should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a willingness to learn U.S. accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with U.S. accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Support payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and financial documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Update financial trackers, spreadsheets, and accounting records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding timesheets, payments, and invoices.




- Learn and work with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn U.S. accounting and payroll processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. night shift from our Hyderabad office.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, or payroll.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
