- Department: Operations / Compliance / Legal Support
- Shift: Night Shift
- Process: US Collections
- Experience: 3+ Years preferred in Skip Tracing, Collections, or a related investigative role

Key Skills – Must Have
- US Process Experience – Mandatory
- Compliance Experience – Mandatory
- Strong investigative, analytical, and research skills
- Knowledge of the US collections process and applicable legal requirements
- Familiarity with skip tracing tools, online databases, and public records
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer-based research tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Persistence, problem-solving, and information-verification skills
- Understanding of data privacy requirements and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Key Responsibilities
- Use skip tracing tools and databases such as LexisNexis, Accurint, and credit bureau data to locate individuals associated with delinquent accounts.
- Conduct online research using search engines, public records, and other permitted information sources.




- Analyse and verify contact details, addresses, employment information, and other relevant leads.
- Follow applicable privacy laws and compliance guidelines when handling personal information and contacting third parties.
- Maintain accurate records of tracing activities, findings, and outcomes in the collections system.
- Develop effective research strategies for hard-to-locate accounts and assets.
- Collaborate with collections, legal, and asset recovery teams to support recovery operations.
- Prepare timely reports on completed investigations, pending cases, and tracing outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with skip tracing tools such as TRANSPARENT, TLOxp, or Accurint.
- Previous experience in US debt collection or investigative operations.
- Relevant debt collection certification, such as the ACA's Professional Debt Collector certification.

Important Requirements
- US Process experience is mandatory.
- Compliance experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts.
