Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Audit & Compliance Analyst with exposure to RBI regulations, payment systems, and information security audits. The candidate will support regulatory audits, compliance assessments, control reviews, and gap assessments for banks, fintechs, and payment ecosystem organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of RBI System Audit Reports (SAR) and regulatory compliance reviews.
- Assist in conducting audits for:
- Payment Aggregators & Payment Gateways (PAPG)

- Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI)

- Card Tokenization Framework

- Cyber Resilience Framework
- Digital Payment Security Controls (DPSC)

- NPCI Compliance Framework
- Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS)

- Payment System Operators (PSO)
- Perform control testing, evidence collection,



and documentation review.
- Conduct compliance assessments and identify regulatory gaps.
- Prepare audit work papers, observations, and reports.
- Track remediation activities and validate closure of audit findings.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit engagements.
- Basic understanding of Information Security, IT Audits, ITGC, and Risk Management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.Sc (IT) or equivalent.
