Job Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of HR recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor daily team performance.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of client requirements and maintain recruitment quality.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment processes.
- Target-oriented approach with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets is desirable.
- Working days- 10 to 6:30
