Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business through customer acquisition and gold loan sales.
- Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, lead follow-ups, and local market activities.
- Explain gold loan products, schemes, interest rates, and other terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits and support the complete gold loan application process.
- Coordinate with the branch team for KYC, documentation, valuation, and loan disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, interest payments, and loan-related requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Generate customer references and develop business through existing customer relationships.
- Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements.





Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate In Any Field

Experience:

For GA : 2-4 Years Experience In Sales(Gold Loan Background Preferred)

For BM : 4-6 Years Experience In Sales With Mandatory Team Handling Experience

Competencies:

- Should flair for customer handling & sales.
- Versatile for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
- Require good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have basic knowledge on computer.
