Urgent Hiring for Team Lead Electronics Design

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field

Function: Research & Development (R&D;)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Electronics Design to lead electronics development activities for industrial sensors and measurement systems. The candidate will be responsible for hardware design, product development, technical leadership, and transitioning products from initial concept to series production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of electronics engineers, ensuring technical excellence and career development.
- Drive the design and development of industrial sensors from concept through series production.
- Design and develop electronic circuits, with a focus on analog signal processing, low-noise circuits, and industrial measurement applications.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including CE requirements.
- Manage hardware projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and manage supplier and component qualification.
- Conduct electronic testing, measurements, calibration, and design robustness analysis.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform margin and failure mode analysis.
- Develop production test specifications and support the transition of prototypes to mass production.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams on DFM/DFT and product reliability.
- Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-production troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree in Electronics Engineering,



Communication Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 10 years of experience in electronics development, preferably in sensor technology, measurement systems, or industrial electronics.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, analog signal processing, low-noise design, and EMC-compliant PCB layout.
- Experience with industrial measurement circuits, oscilloscopes, noise measurements, and calibration.
- Experience in prototype development and transition to series production.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFT, manufacturing processes, and product reliability testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
