About the Role

We are looking for an Ultrasound Technologist to prepare draft ultrasound reports for our radiologists to review, edit and sign. You will use our in-house AI draft reporter as the starting point, refine the draft against the images and sonographer worksheet, and QA reports for accuracy and consistency before they reach the radiologist. Final interpretation and sign-off always remain with the radiologist.

Key Responsibilities

- Review ultrasound images, cine clips and sonographer worksheets for US cases
- Use our AI draft reporter to generate a first draft, then verify and correct it: measurements, organ descriptions, laterality, and findings documented by the sonographer
- Prepare structured draft reports in the correct template for the study type (abdomen, pelvis, renal, OB, thyroid/small parts, scrotal, vascular Doppler, MSK)
- QA draft and final reports for errors such as left/right mismatches, wrong units or measurements, template mismatch, missing organs or sections, internal contradictions and transcription errors
- Flag discrepancies between images, worksheet and draft report for radiologist attention
- Flag urgent or critical findings to the radiologist immediately per protocol
- Give feedback on AI draft quality to help improve the tool
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets for ER and routine cases

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Medical Imaging Technology, Radiology Technology,



Sonography or equivalent (BSc MIT / BRIT / DMIT / Diploma in Sonography)
- 2+ years of hands-on ultrasound experience (scanning or reporting support)
- Solid knowledge of ultrasound anatomy, normal measurements and standard terminology
- Familiarity with Doppler and OB biometry
- Strong written English and attention to detail; able to spot errors quickly
- Comfortable working with AI tools, PACS/RIS and structured templates
- Willing to work fixed shifts, including night shifts
- A laptop/desktop with a good-quality display, reliable high-speed internet, power backup, and a quiet, private workspace for work-from-home days (patient data confidentiality)

Preferred

- Experience with US (American) reporting formats or teleradiology
- Prior experience in report QA, medical transcription or reporting support
- ARDMS or equivalent certification (a plus, not required)

Shift Options (candidates choose one fixed shift and schedule)

Work from Home

- Early Morning 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST: MonFri or Wed–Sun
- Evening – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu
- Night – 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu

Work from Office (Mumbai)

- Day – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST:
- Mon–Sat (Sunday off): Mon–Fri in office, Saturday from home, or
- Sun–Fri (Saturday off): Mon–Fri in office, Sunday from home
