We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own end-to-end product design and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and validation.

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end design, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.

- Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma.

- Create responsive, accessible web and mobile experiences aligned with WCAG guidelines.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, clients, and stakeholders.

- Ensure design quality through developer handoff and implementation reviews.

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio.

- Advanced Figma skills, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping.

- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and agile product development.

- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

AI Tools & Workflow

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude.

- Familiarity with AI prototyping tools such as Figma Make, v0, or Lovable.

- Ability to integrate AI into the design process while ensuring quality, accessibility, and data privacy.

Valuable to Have





- Experience designing AI-powered features such as chat assistants or copilots.

- Motion design and micro-interaction skills.

- Experience working on enterprise products or platforms.
