Role Overview :

We are seeking highly motivated and technically strong interns from Electrical Engineering,

Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science backgrounds to join our UAV Systems Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in UAV systems development, firmware modification,

electronics integration, and flight dynamics modeling.





You will work closely with our engineering and field teams to contribute to the design,

integration, and testing of next-gen UAV systems used for hyperspectral imaging and precision agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the BharatRohan Ground Control Station (GCS) software focus on UI, data flow, and communication protocols.

Modify and optimize UAV firmware to accommodate new hardware, mission profiles and failsafe.

Design and improve the data workflow pipeline ensuring seamless transmission from UAV ground teams to centralized online servers.

Support electronic hardware integration for new UAV builds sensors,

controllers, telemetry modules, etc.

Participate in rigorous field testing of UAVs to ensure performance, stability, and reliability.

Assist in the development of flight dynamics models for innovative quadcopter designs and validate them through simulations and real-world testing.

Requirements:

Background in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science.

Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++.

Familiarity with PX4/ArduPilot, UAV flight controllers, and ground control systems is a plus.

Understanding of aerodynamics, flight dynamics, or control systems is an added advantage.

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and be hands-on with hardware.

Enthusiasm for UAV technology, autonomous systems, and field operations.
