Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking/payments/Capital Markets)
would be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is desired
- Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
- Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence
- Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries
- Resolve reported issues within the TAT
- Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
- Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
- Maintain project hygiene including scheduled MIS reports and participate in internal discussions for resolution of reported issues
