? Key Responsibilities:
- Raise funds through CPs, bank borrowings, debentures & other instruments
- Manage liquidity, LCR, HQLA investments & cash flows
- Build strong relationships with banks, mutual funds, wealth houses, investors, corporates & arrangers
- Manage rating relationships and surveillance
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations & NBFC guidelines
- Prepare LCR, regulatory submissions and treasury reports
- Coordinate audits, internal controls & stakeholder reporting
- Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team
? What We’re Looking For:
- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed university
- 5–7 years of experience in Treasury Front Office within an NBFC
- Strong network across banks, mutual funds, wealth houses, family offices, corporates & arrangers
- Solid understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC treasury operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving & leadership skills
