About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Rate Upload Executive Hotels to support hotel contracting and operations by accurately uploading and maintaining hotel rates, availability, and promotional content across extranets and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret hotel and serviced apartment contracts to extract rate plans, blackout dates, promotions, and commercial terms.

Upload and maintain hotel rates, availability calendars, and offers on extranets and internal systems.

Perform regular updates to rates and availability as received from contracted hotels.





Ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.

Maintain upload trackers, audit logs, and MIS reports in Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.

Adhere to SLAs and operational timelines.

Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Experience & Qualifications

3 4 years of experience in hotel contracting, rate loading, data upload, or travel operations.

Exposure to hotel extranets or similar systems preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Skills Required

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to interpret contracts and translate terms into system data.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks efficiently.
