Role Description The Travel Journey Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and managing end-to-end travel journeys, including itinerary planning, booking and coordinating travel services, and ensuring a smooth experience from departure to return. The specialist will communicate with travelers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and address questions or issues before, during, and after the trip.

Day-to-day tasks include organizing travel arrangements, liaising with local teams and partners, monitoring journey status,



and proactively resolving operational challenges. The role also involves maintaining accurate travel records, adhering to company standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and traveler satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, organize, and oversee complete journeys.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with travelers and support teams.
- Candidates should possess Business Travel expertise to handle corporate itineraries and align trips with organizational needs.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic travel regulations is beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team workplace, and adapt to a fast-paced operations setup.
- Prior experience in travel operations, tour management, or hospitality is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
