Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with travel-related enquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their travel requirements.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
