- Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA) .
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field . Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently . Creative problem solving,critical thinking and research skills .
- Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
- Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
- Create draft reports for management review
- Research issues that arise during the course of engagement

Qualifications :
