- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with students and industry professionals effectively.
- Bachelors or Masterdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institute or tech sector.
