We are looking for an experienced Programming Language Trainer specializing in Oracle technologies to deliver effective classroom training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Oracle technologies, strong programming knowledge, excellent communication skills, and mandatory prior experience in conducting instructor-led classroom training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct instructor-led classroom training sessions on Oracle technologies and programming concepts.
- Deliver training on Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database programming, and related concepts.
- Develop training materials, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain complex technical concepts through practical examples and real-time use cases.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, coding exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners in troubleshooting SQL queries, PL/SQL programs, and database-related issues.
- Update training content in line with industry requirements and current Oracle technologies.
- Maintain training attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Good understanding of relational databases, database concepts, joins, subqueries, functions, procedures, triggers, cursors, and packages.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and relevant development tools.
- Mandatory:



Prior experience in classroom training or instructor-led technical training.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain programming concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
- Experience in preparing training content and conducting practical assessments.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience as an Oracle Trainer, Technical Trainer, Programming Language Trainer, or Faculty Member.
- Proven experience conducting offline, face-to-face classroom training sessions.
- Strong practical knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to join within the required timeframe.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle APEX, or other Oracle technologies.
- Experience training freshers, graduates, or corporate employees.
- Exposure to real-time projects and industry-oriented training programs.
- Oracle certifications are an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile The candidate should be a technically strong Oracle professional with proven classroom teaching experience, capable of delivering engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions. Important: Candidates with only development experience and no prior classroom training experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
