The Purchase Requisition (PR) Management Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely initiation, completion, and maintenance of purchase requisitions (PRs) in Ariba on behalf of HR/GREW team members. The role ensures that all PRs meet business, compliance, and system requirements while supporting smooth downstream processing of purchase orders (POs).

Your key responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for processing purchase requisition requests received from HR/GREW team members across regions.
- Accurately initiate and enter PRs in Ariba, ensuring all required fields are completed with correct data.
- Validate requisition details (supplier, material/service, cost center, project codes, etc.) before submission.
- Submit PRs in line with business rules, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
- Manage requisition rework: update/change PRs based on feedback from approvers or rejected workflows.
- Liaise with HR, PSS, Finance approvers, and Business stakeholders to resolve queries or issues.
- Ensure cycle time efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting/metrics on requisition volumes and turnaround times.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities in PR management.

You bring

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Basic Understanding in procurement operations, requisition management, or related functions.
- Familiarity with end-to-end purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle high transaction volumes efficiently.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a centralized service environment.
