As a Trainee / Intern, you will participate in a structured workplace combining classroom-style technical foundations with real-world lab environments. Your day-to-day duties will generally include:

- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, operating system (Windows/Linux), desktop, and peripheral issues.
- Network Operations: Learn and support basic network configurations, including local area networks (LAN), WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP setups.
- Cybersecurity Exposure: Participate in real-world attack-defense scenarios, studying vulnerability assessment basics and learning tools like Nmap or SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk).
- IT Helpdesk & Incident Log: Support the team by logging, tracking, and closing internal or external IT service tickets using industry-standard helpdesk ticketing tools.
- Compliance & Documentation: Assist documentation teams with Framework assessments (like ISO 27001 or HIPAA tracking) to learn IT Governance fundamentals.

Pay: ₹18,200.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
