Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the position of Trainee / Hotel Associate. The selected candidates will learn hotel operations and assist the team in providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn hotel SOPs, systems, and service standards.
- Assist with front-desk operations and guest-service activities.
- Support daily hotel operations and housekeeping coordination.
- Maintain records, checklists, and basic documentation.
- Follow cleanliness, safety, and discipline standards.
- Learn to handle routine guest requests under supervision.
