Job Responsibilities Production Trainee / Engineer
1. Production & Machine Operations: Operate production machinery as per SOPs, achieve production targets, monitor machine performance, and report breakdowns.
2. Quality & Process Control: Conduct quality inspections, maintain product standards, report defects, and update production records.
3. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures, use PPE, maintain workplace safety, and report unsafe conditions.
4. Material & Inventory Management: Handle raw materials, monitor stock requirements, and manage inward/outward material movement and documentation.
5. Utility Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor utility equipment, perform routine checks, and report maintenance requirements.
6. Packaging & Material Handling: Pack and label products as per specifications, ensure correct identification and quantities, and support dispatch activities.
