Key Responsibilities:-

- Load &
- Stress Calculations:

Assist in calculating dead, live, wind, and seismic loads for foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.

- Drafting &

- Modeling:

Prepare 2D and 3D structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) using software like AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or Revit.

- Design Compliance: Check designs against national and international codes (IS codes, Eurocodes, etc.) and safety regulations.

- Site &

- Technical Coordination:

Support senior engineers with site queries, technical submittals, and clash-detection reviews with architectural and MEP teams. [1, 2, 3]

Cost Estimation &

- Quantity Surveying

- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Measure and extract material quantities (concrete, steel formwork, rebar) from structural drawings and BIM models.

- Cost Analysis: Determine labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs to build project tender estimates and budgets.

- Vendor &
- Subcontractor Quotes:

Assist in comparing supplier rates, analyzing quotations, and preparing comparative statements for bids.

- Progress &





- Cost Tracking:

Help track material consumption variances and update cost sheets as per site execution progress.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills:-

- Education:

- Master of Technology (MTech) in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).

- Working knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit Structure).

- Basic familiarity with estimation/quantity surveying practices, Excel-based BOQ preparation, and construction methods.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.

- Attention to detail for accurate measurements and cost projections.

- Communication and cross-functional team collaboration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
