- Collaborate with trading, legal, and compliance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each deal review.

- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on deal review processes.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss deal-related matters.

- Maintain accurate records of all reviewed transactions and related communications.

- Support the continuous improvement of deal review methodologies and tools.





- Ensure timely completion of all deal reviews to meet business deadlines.

- Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of equity markets, derivatives, structured, and exotic products.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex transactions.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records.
