ClearQuant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a proprietary quantitative trading firm specializing in systematic trading strategies across Indian equity and derivatives markets.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Operations Executive to manage trade reconciliation, broker reporting, order execution, and daily trading operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily trade books using broker execution reports.

Reconcile trades, positions, holdings, ledger balances, and transaction charges.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with brokers for timely resolution.

Download, verify, and organize daily and weekly broker reports, including contract notes, margin statements, and P&L; reports.

- Execute, modify, and cancel orders through broker terminals as per authorized instructions.
- Monitor order status, open positions, and margin availability.
- Maintain operational records, daily checklists, and end-of-day reports.
- Ensure accuracy, timely completion of tasks,



and confidentiality of trading information.

- Required Skills Understanding of equity and derivatives markets, including futures, options, and margin requirements.

- Knowledge of trade reconciliation, brokerage operations, and trading terminals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to manage CSV files and identify data discrepancies.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in trading operations, stockbroking, or financial reconciliation.

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Relevant NISM certification will be an added advantage.
