Trade Counsellor (TC)

Role Overview

- Sales-oriented and incentive-based profile.
- Preference for candidates who are currently working and residing in the target city (Ghaziabad / Noida).
- Strong communication skills with spoken English proficiency being mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire 2 new Trade Accounts per month through self-sourcing.
- Manage and grow the existing trade book through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
- Drive revenue generation from branch-mapped customers through:
- Transactional Foreign Exchange (Forex)
- Trade Finance Fees

- Manage multiple branches to drive business acquisition.
- Generate 1 BBG/MSME lending lead per month.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Onboard customers in line with bank policies and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience:



6 to 10 years (flexibility of 5%).
- Solid background in Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking sales.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives.
