We are looking for a skilled Tool and Die Maker with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining press tools, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop new press tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve tooling issues.
- Develop and implement recent tooling solutions to enhance production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair tooling problems efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tool and die making, preferably in press tools, jigs, and fixtures.
