Position Overview The Telugu Teacher is responsible for teaching Telugu language, literature, and culture to students of grade 6-9, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring students develop solid reading, writing, and communication skills in Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons for grade 6-9.

Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational Telugu.

Introduce students to Telugu literature, poetry, stories, and cultural heritage.

Design age-appropriate learning materials, worksheets, and assessments.

Evaluate and track student progress; provide feedback and support where needed.

Maintain classroom discipline and create an encouraging learning atmosphere.

Organize and participate in school events, including Telugu Day, cultural programs, and competitions.





Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and career development.

Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum standards, and academic guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
