Job Title: English Faculty – Competitive Exam Preparation

Vidya Bhaban is looking for a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to train students preparing for competitive government examinations such as SSC, Railway, Banking, and other government job exams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Sentence Correction.
- Prepare students for competitive exam English sections.
- Teach concepts using simple, practical, and student-friendly methods.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Track student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Develop study materials, practice questions, and exam-oriented strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a relevant field.




- Good command of English Grammar and Vocabulary.
- Knowledge of SSC, Railway, and Banking exam patterns is preferred.
- Solid teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Experience teaching competitive exam students will be an advantage.
- Ability to explain English concepts in simple English and Hindi/Odia.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable) Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (or assigned teaching centre)

Preferred Candidate: A passionate teacher who can build students’ English skills from basic to advanced level and help rural students succeed in competitive examinations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
