Core Responsibilities

- Instruction: Teach grammar, syntax, punctuation, spelling, and literary analysis across various genres (fiction, poetry, drama).

- Lesson Planning: Design and execute curriculum-aligned lesson plans that foster critical thinking and active discussion.

- Assessment: Grade essays, quizzes, and projects, while providing constructive feedback to track student progress.

- Collaboration: Attend parent-teacher meetings, manage classroom behavior, and participate in school events or extracurricular activities.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, English Language, Education, or a related field (often paired with a B.Ed. or teaching license).

- Certifications: State teaching credentials or specialized certificates

- Skills: Strong command of the English language, patience, transparent communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with educational technology

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
