Net Connect Global is hiring experienced Insurance QA Analysts / Test Engineers with mandatory hands-on experience in Guidewire applications and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and Claims Management.

Mandatory Skills

- Guidewire: PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
- Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Insurance Functional Testing
- Claims Management and Claims Processing
- Policy Administration, Underwriting, Endorsements and Renewals
- Billing and Payments
- System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing and UAT
- Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management
- Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Validate end-to-end insurance workflows using Guidewire applications.




- Execute functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
- Identify, track and retest defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders.
- Prepare test reports, testing metrics and status updates.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Guidewire implementation, migration, transformation or upgrade experience.
- Guidewire certification.

Experience & CTC
- 3 Years: 6.50 LPA
- 4+ Years: 9 LPA
- 5+ Years: 11 LPA
