2 Responsible for establishing strong customer base for all the products in the assigned territory KRAs & Specific Roles: Customer management

3 Develop solid Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base

4 Quarterly update of database of customers

5 Registering the products

6 Understanding the market, the customer and the competition

7 Conducting CME'S Target achievement

8 Achieving sales as per targets in terms of value & units

9 Achieving desired market shares in defined area

10 Procuring & forwarding tenders immediately to the superior & HO

11 Creation of new accounts Reports

12 Daily system reporting

13 Regular Updates of doctors' lists

14 Giving monthly stock and sales statements of the dealers
