Role Summary The Territory Manager Appraiser Recruitment & Service Delivery will be responsible for identifying and recruiting appraisers for his territory. The role will focus on ensuring seamless service delivery to Banks, NBFCs and managing the appraiser network, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with defined processes, and delivering superior client experience across all territories in his region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operational delivery of gold appraisal and audit services across all territories in his assigned territory.
- Build, expand, and optimize the network of full time, Re-appraisers and on-call gold appraisers along with requisite documentation and skill tests.
- Plan,
help organize and oversee skill tests for all interested and eligible candidates.
- Ensure timely deployment and availability of appraisers based on client requirements and business demand within agreed TAT.
- Drive standardized, process-driven and compliant appraisal and Re appraisal operations across all territories in his Region.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), productivity and operational performance metrics.
- Work closely with appraisers and bank officials to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
- Initiate and drive awareness campaigns to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Ensure all branches are visited at least once in their territory in one quarter, supported with proper documentation.
- Drive operational scalability, process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders for service reviews, escalations and relationship management.
- Accurate Reporting, MIS and operational dashboards for review on a timely basis.
