- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development

- Promote a high-performance, accountable, and engaged team culture

4. Multi-site Operations Management

- Oversee operations across all sites/regions

- Ensure consistency in service delivery and compliance with SOPs

- Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews
