Job Overview

We are looking for a Database Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Teradata database engineering and production support to ensure application stability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support for Teradata applications and resolve database issues within defined SLAs.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Monitor database performance and perform root cause analysis.
- Support batch jobs, database maintenance, and data validation activities.
- Collaborate with client personnel and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in database engineering or production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Teradata and SQL.
- Knowledge of query optimization, performance tuning, and database troubleshooting.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.
