Job Title: Last Mile Delivery Supervisor

Location: Dadar / Thane / Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years (Logistics / FMCG / E-commerce / Dairy)

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline) / Diploma in Supply Chain

- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily last-mile delivery operations, routes, and dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage and monitor delivery executives, drivers, and fleet performance across target hubs.
- Resolve real-time transit issues, customer delivery escalations, and vehicle breakdowns.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, route compliance, fuel efficiency, and return management (RTO).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and handling guidelines during transit.
